today's hockey was fun....well, after all the running of cos...
firstly, we ran for 6minutes, then 3minutes, then 1minute. then do suicides. and take a break...
after break...we must do this...
figure 8(to 25), stickwork(to 50), figure 8(to 75), stickwork (to 100) then run back with the ball...break... Then coach george or josh coach us...!!! fun!!! Nicole went to church too early...!!
when she went to church, the training got more fun!!!

got praised lot of time today...hahas.
after hockey got this halloween shit at CCKCC...haha. eat for free there.
