just now training was kinda tough + easy + fun = okok....
it was okay lah...but i did badly tis training...oh, fcuk.. if just now i knew my brother is coming home a lil bit late... i follow them go LJS alr larrhh...chis (cake)
ooh, i prefer the 25minutes run than 7sets of 3minutes larh deyyyy...oror 5sets of 4minutes. nonono!!
